What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of fragrances, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on perfumes or decants for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve the issue.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled only if they have not yet been processed. Reach out to us as soon as possible.

How are your decants prepared?
Each decant is hand-poured using sanitized equipment and sterile atomizers. We ensure fresh, accurate fills and proper handling for every order.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer 5ml and 10ml decants. The listed size refers to the volume of perfume inside the bottle. 5ml is about 80 sprays and 10ml is about 160 sprays.
